Welcome to Restorative Pilates streaming through Insight Timer Meditation App. The perfect balance to the Windows of Meditation. In this ongoing workshop we will explore some of the lesser known but incredibly valuable Principles of Pilates: Breath, Concentration, Centering, Mindfulness and flow. Learn simple ways to dial into and become more present in your body's alignment.  Finding strength & balance while releasing stuck energies, gives your system an opportunity to reboot; spirit, mind & body.

  • PROPS: Pinky/lacrosse/tennis ball, theraband, gertie ball, light weights (Under 5 lbs) and roller

  • SPACE: Find a blank wall and floor space to roll out on where you can still view the class online.
